Class and Workshop Policy

All five session packages must be completed within two months of the first class, unless approved prior to the two-month expiration date.
Single two-hour session classes requiring additional time to glaze or finish work must be completed within four weeks of the original class at regular class prices.
Unfinished work left in the studio more than two weeks after session package expires will be disposed of unless prior arrangements are made and the owner will incur a $15 storage fee per week.
Special offers or coupons are for first-time students only. Returning students who have purchased a 5-Session Handbuilding package will receive a 10 % discount on the current class price. A returning student who has never received a special offer or coupon may choose between the special or 10% discount. Split 5-Session packages are not eligible for the returning student discount. No discounts will be given on individual private class sessions.
Payment is due prior to or at the first class session by cash, check, Venmo, or Square. A 4% service fee will be charged for all credit or debit card transactions.
Class cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance, or the student will forfeit the session.
Workshop sessions must be prepaid. Workshop sessions that are not attended will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. Reservations must be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop, or the session will be forfeited. If there are not enough reserved participants, workshops may be cancelled at the discretion of Cielo Clayworks within 48 hours of the session.
